Wonder if Budd Wheel ever stamped Power Wagon sheetmetal?
"Though often referred to as Budd Wheel – Budd also patented the all-steel military wheel that soon made wood-spoke wheels obsolete – wheels became just one of multiple sheetmetal products that the company stamped at the Detroit factory. Along with railcars and World War II artillery shells, Budd developed component systems such as brakes for Chrysler and Budd’s presses stamped out body panels that workers welded together into subassemblies or even entire automobile bodies."
