M725 is the Jeep 5/4 truck, used the same NP T/C. I got a junker TC form one, but pinion was not for my ration.
My parts book has a small chart showing the combinations of gears, diffs, tire sizes.
It's a cheap and OE fix, rather than the hard to find and expensive adapter. But you need to drop the park brake drum to change the drive gear.
