In Reference to those dual wheels, the truck owner also the man who made that set up is sitting beside me. 28 years ago he bought the inner wheels from a man who has now passed away. They Possibly came off of a spotlight trailer. The surface of the hub itself was also machined. The outer wheel has had the inner ring moved on it. Quite a process and without finding those inner wheels he doubts that his set up can be replicated easily.
