The factory set them up with zero caster to make them easier to turn at low speed. I like 6 degrees, after putting in a power steering box.
Though you may have issues with your axle knuckle bearings. They use tapered rollers for the 'king pin', they may have disintegrated, and allow the axle to bind inside. Also tie rod ends and drag link ends may be culprits.
Jacking up one wheel at a time, then turn it, might pin point it. Ot disconnecting a tie rod end?
