Rear p-side drum was froze up on my dad's WC dragging when we went to load. Had some time and tools handy so we jacked it up, put it on a block, pulled the wheel off, and hit everything with wd40. This is what I remember: Loosened up the bottom nuts and moved the lower adjustment up and down a little. Then we moved the side adjustment inward. Put on two lug nuts to protect the studs - Got a bar between the lug nuts and rocked the wheel back and forth. It gave up pretty easy - put the wheel back on and winched the rig onto the trailer.
