we had this topic years ago and I believe the conclusion ended up being that OF equipped trucks always had non pressurized caps and Non OF trucks came with non pressurized or had the optional 2-3 lb pressure cap. I am almost positive that is true for the WC 3/4 tons and WC 1.5 ton 6x6 where the system comes from.
