Power Steering Issue

My just rebuilt MOPAR power steering pump is failing at low speed in my WDX with a 360 . I only have assisted steering and brakes at higher speeds. I have Suiter's disk brake conversion on all 4 wheels and all of this is powered by a hydroboost unit from Hydratech. Any ideas how to fix this will be appreciated. I should note the pump I am using fits a variety of Dodges and Plymouth's from the mid 60's to mid 70's. Because of space issues, few options are available for swapping out the pump for something more robust.
