The early doors are stamped differently on their internal panels. They do not have the stamped features to accept the relocated track for the shortened side window.

Early door left - PN 889 042 to serial #83901890
Early door right - PN 889 043 to serial #83901890

Later door left - PN 1096 195 after #1890
Later door right - PN 1096 196 after #1890

It may be possible to put vent wings in the earlier door. It would just take some work as they are not designed for vent wings.
