the transfer case mounts might be like a WW2 6x6 being that early. you can tell because they bolt in with 4 bolts each side to the xmemember and do not have the donut bushings. they just used a 3/8" thick fiber pad between bracket and frame. and it might have a long rod that goes from a hole in the back of the tcase casting to somewhere on the frame. acts like a control rod to keep tcase from flexing fore and aft. they dropped real early as it wasn't needed
