The rust isn't from your M37. I bought a WC53 carryall. Always wanted one. But I'm in new territory in how to repair things that have dissolved.
Your M37 is still going strong! Its my daily driver. With the addition of a cup holder & portable bluetooth stereo, its been great! We've taken it all over in our search for Cheeseburgers. My wife posts "Burger patrol" reports online abut our adventures in your old. M37. What a kick! Good to hear from you again!
I now realize I've been totally spoiled by the M37's rust free bodywork. I'm going to have to pay my dues on this new project. Uggh!
