I use a impact driver with the proper screwdriver bit. Plenty of penetrating oil and some heat. Make sure you mark the keystock that joins the two halves. After you get the screw out or use a rubber or soft blow hammer to separate the halves.Hot soapy water will help thins slide apart too.The screws are steel in the joint but I have ran into brass at the window regulator.
