My PW is a '46 WDX, and all the dash controls are different. But I would guess the "B" is Blower. The other three sound like you are on the right track.
If there is a single lever to the left of the gear shifter, that one controls a power take off which directs power to the winch, if it still has one. Or it might control a rear drive unit like a belt pulley or a hydraulic pump.
The other two levers to the right of the gear shifter are for the transfer case. One engages the transfer case which drives the front axle. The other selects high range or low range.
Please experiment cautiously, or try to find someone in your area who might be familiar with some of the truck's controls before you end up breaking something or cutting a hand off with the winch cable.
