That is the special edition mud master flamed, bucket seats and what I think are exhaust pipes run out the ft. stake pockets/ aux headache rack. I can only wonder where the chrome air cleaner is. Looks like a nice truck and with the price of a bed these days it is cheap as a bed would cost nearly that much time it was all together and painted.
