After bleeding the brakes with a clear hose submerged in brake fluid I got a few bubbles from the weak front brake. No difference on the test drive, still pulling hard to the left. Next removed the left front and gave it a visual inspection. big bore back long shoe in front everything adjusted correctly, cleaned and no difference on the test drive.
Pulled the right front and the first thing I see on the top of the front shoe is a 1/4" blob of graphited grease. Cleaned with brake clean and wiped the shoes down when I replicated my initial problem. I let the corner of my fresh paper towel hang down as I was wiping and picked up another blob of grease from the spindle. won't take much grease to lube the shoes. Test drive was just the way we like it.
