That is a cool setup. It wouldn't work on my truck because my steering shaft is electrically bonded to the steering box through the U-joint, so it is grounded all the time, which turns on the horn. If the PW's had a solid shaft (rather than hollow), I could have splined the bottom end to fit the rubber isolator, but that would have been a lot of work.
