First, I would check that the components are clocked correctly, Use the little poer over #6 to set the crank to TDC, and see the the timing marks line up. If not, swap it out. No point in usung a baLancer that is off balance.

But niw,m the real question, is the crank any diffferent> What have that on that when other don't...
