I agree with the other comments, especially after having a very serious, "could've been worse", accident with a light trailer several years ago, and more recently, the jack knife incident with my 14,000#trailer caused by the doofus crossing in front of me with his 4 wheeler.
I think 12k would be a minimum. Also, most true car haulers, with the recessed deck lower than the fenders, might be a little narrow for your Sno Cat tracks to fit between.
Tax season is upon us...maybe prices will go down in the next week or so.
