The mystery is solved!
This morning, I dug out two "winch levers" from my parts supply. I know for certain that both of them are original parts made by (or made for) Braden. Both of them have the raised part numbers MU2-143. One has the numbers on the top side and the other has the number on the underneath side of the arm.
