Here in northern-western VA, we had a lot of mixing of sleet cutting totals but the roads are still treacherous. Nice to see a little "Winter" before the weather warms up. This year was spectacularly bad for snow overall. before this storm Dulles measured < 2" of total accumulation! I think they got about another 4" with this storm. I think the cherry blossoms are toast this year- budded out too early and a real hard freeze expected tonight!
Hope next Winter brings more classic snow storms.
