Over the past 40 years I have learned of 18 Power-Wagons within a 50 mile radius of my house. However, none of those within 20 miles have ever come up for sale, and the majority of them I would not want to buy even if they did. The trucks I bought came from much further away: Wisconsin - 200 miles, NW Iowa - 400 miles, Connecticut - to far to count.

It seems I am right in the middle of a part of the country where every farmer already had a good tractor (or four) and a good truck so Power-Wagons were not all that popular.

There was one exception - the parts truck I bought from the local limestone quarry. The frame fell apart after I chipped all of the solidified lime dust off of it.
