first off looks like very cool new toys(trucks) you have acquired

seems you implied you wanted to sell the offset wheels
if so offer it as a dually mod with the drums which in my op has been machined so the offset will slide over it
did you get the other offset wheels to complete the dually or are they missing
noticed in the pic they were bolted up to with single lugs
my guess is originally it was moded for duals but somewhere down the line they went back to running the inner dual as a single
as i said the frame reinforcement looks the same as did my 57 parts truck that came with duals
wonder how many trucks that firm modified for dualls and xtra payload
