If the Knuckles are properly adjusted, these are not needed. If for some reason you are experiencing a front end shake with stock rims and wheels, and your tires are ballanced, the problem probably lies with the knuckles. Over time the bearings wear, loosen up resulting in a front end shake. If your using aftermarket rims/tires, it's possible they are out of round and would require "truing" on a tire lathe. With properly adjusted knuckles and true running balanced tires, you will not experience any shaking, thus not needing a stabalizer to mask an under lying problem.
