318 /360 flywheels

Anyone know if the 318 and 360 truck flywheels are the same except for the balance holes.I have copies of the drawings with the balance hole locat1ons for the 360 . The 360 flywheels are a tough find in my area, They can be as much as $100 or more if you can find one. Is this true every place or just here? Seems most 360 trucks are automatic here in south west PA
