If you look these pictures over you'll find that they have the same lowered water pump that came in a 61 & later WM-300 and the bell housing is also WM type . Also look at the full-flow filter located on top of the engine . I don't know the dimentions (sp)of a Chrysler Industrial 32 but know that it is 251 or 265 .
