Some FTs have pony motors to drive the pumps (2 cyl gas driven). Very common. If they are set up to pump & roll they more than likely will have a larger tank (300 to 500 gallon) & a PTO driven pump (250+GPM). Brush trucks do this well, and usualy have the front ends well protected with roll bars, push plates, cages, & platforms to mow over/down obstacles like trees and fences. If not heavily protected then the PW probably was not intended to pump & roll but more likely dispatched for other firefighting and would have access to water buffaloes or hydrants near the scene. Thanks!
