Hubs off rims-do you mean centers out wheels or the hubs that hold the wheel to the axle?
9 3/4 w/o hubs - 9 3/4 is the ring gear size inside the differential- do you mean can a PW axle that uses the 9 3/4 diff. be had w/o hubs?
Its kinda fun though, like playing scrabble w/words and making coeherant sentences.
