a MUST reading for the SAFETY of you & yours + the PW cab
another option
you could cut them off even with the ground,
drill a 1 1/2 hole (angled) a few feet into the stump
cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch off a stick - insert cap
put 4x8 1 inch plywood over park pw on top
push the handle and blow the stump
your neighbors might complain a bit
should lift the truck about 2inch max
and empty the ash tray at the same time
