All, I found this on the GSA auction website.

MI:8,653 (TRUE MILES UNKNOWN) REPAIRS REQUIRED. (129AU78348 #BT01) HIGH BIDDER NEEDS TO CONTACT CUSTODIAN FOR
APPOINTMENT TO INSPECT & REMOVE. REMOVAL AT BIDDER'S EXPENSE.
VIN#: 23695
Mileage: 008653

No picture and at $900 now. I bet its a old PW the forestry service used for years. Sounds like someone needs to go look at it. Its in Red Bluff Ca.
