You should have a 540 New Process tranny if you have 5 speeds, D500's standard was a 420 NP 4 speed, The Engine should be a 314.61 CI single or double rocker, Single should have a little more power cause of higher compression 8.1 vs 7.6...but the 7.1 is a hemi and Yes it should fit very nice in a W100
