It's a WC nose.
The headlights are set in the top of the front fenders, like my '41 - '42 Carryall fronts. If it was a VC front the headlight mounts would be right in next to the nose with just enough clearance for the lights to mount.
Nice sheetmetal and salvageable stainless trim though.....
