Makes sense my parts truck came from a tex oilfield operation
It came with the dually rims and machined drums
I just put them on my wdx
The offset rim with the paint colors and dry rotted rather new looking cooper tires convinced me it could be my ole wdx
Funny that yhe rims are a different color than the truck
I reinforced my wdx but o can see yours
Appears to be reinforced diff
The oilfield parts truck i bought also had the frame reinforce and the frame was cracked and the left rear spindle was cracked no telling how much weight they put on it
Hell maybe my parts truck and yours came from the same outfit and that was standard procedure cheaper than buying bigger trucks
Think i vaguely remember the seller(parts truck) saying he used the truck in san marcos i bought kt in bastrop
Testamount again as to how tuff they are and the confidenec the oilfield boys had in them
Darn thougt you might have stumbled on to my long lost truck
Thnx again for posting the pics
Ps now you have dual rims and drums that is if you can find the outer rims
Mine was the same way stock rim in the front and offset for duals in the rear
Best rgds ed
