WM300 POWER STEERING CONVERSION?

My wm300 with 1100x 16 is a bear to steer at no and slow speed. I wanted to know what to expect with the kits that are available. When moving steering is not a problem, the truck drives great with one hand. Fighting rutted ground at slow speeds will make a short drive seem a serious workout. Any input will be a help.
