Gear Ratio and tire change, Need Trans adapter

Hello, All,
For the last 25 years, my speedometer has been off 10 miles per hour. This is due to the fact that I switched to 900-16 NDT's from the 750-16's on my WC 1/2 ton. In 2010 I changed the 3rd members out from the original 4.89's to 4.30's. The difference in the speedometer reading is still 10 miles per hour slower than what I am actually doing. What trans. ratio adapter would I need to get the speedometer reading right and where could one be had. Thanks for any advice, info and leads.
