Find someone who is more patient than you are to help you so he/she doesn't get mad at you when you get mad at him/her.
Make sure the new material is in a warm area for a few hours.
I did mine alone, and with 70 year old shoulders that spent 50 years lifting walls and beams, it was rough, but do-able.
The lower parts go on first, obviously.
