cowl vent drain repar ideas?

I just discovered the nipple for the rubber hose on the cowl vent drain is missing, just a hole there. Ant ideas on how to fix? The cab is painted and most of the dash stuff has been reinstalled. I was thinking of epoxying a brass nipple in place.
