There is, apparently, a PW fan under the employ of the USPS in between Ohio and Idaho. Every time I get my new magazine, the little stickers have obviously been sliced or peeled back. I guess "borrowing" is okay, because it's not "theft"??? This has gone on for years, since Gordon started using the little seals instead of the envelopes. I understand the reason for not using the envelopes, but that doesn't mean I like having my PWA pilfered temporarily.
