Strange cab, thought maybe inter at first, but most post war inters had dual rear windows. Windscreen looks like it might have been a one curved piece screen originally, so likely post say '52 or 53. Then the odd door hinge hit me, the cab is from a '53 Dodge, check the waist line, vent windows, shape of rear window, etc.
