I-80 pretty much shut down across entire state. Last week we had 2 days of -26F here, Rock Springs had -40F and Rock River had -51F. Then weather warmed up to the upper 30's and rained a lot for 2 days. Then we've gotten several more days of wet heavy snow on top of that. There's water beneath the wet snow, but ground is frozen solid below, making driving very bad. I plowed my access road last night and was pushing water as well as snow. When this mess freezes, the wet snow will form ice castles that will last into spring.
