Wow Glen, Glad everyone is OK.
Ed, I was thinking 16.5 tires on the rims, or the groove was full of rust, spalling can crack concrete, might push a ring off, and if it was wet the additional expansion of the water freezing might do it.
Glen we are all wanting to "Hear the rest of the story", and to prevent it from occurring again to someone else
