IIRC, the stock machinery gear runs about $12 + s&h, that will get you 4 gears/. They then need to be welded to the shafts.

But the prob with rebuilds is that the pot metal castings are all twisted out of shape too. And often cracked. So there is more to a rebuild than just replacing the gears.
