I would suspect not. The longer stroke is going to lower the maximum RPM verses the 3.9 4BT. Your going to need a read deep overdrive and a lot more to put that on the road. Being from a tractor, I bet it is set up for low RPM and high torque work that you would use a tractor for. I am sure that there are big differences in the pump and intake along with many other differences that would need to be changed. I bet it would cheaper to find a 4BT out of a delivery truck than to make that one road worthy.
