I have successfully installed a 251 in my B4 (1953) PW.

You will need to mount the radiator to the front of the radiator bracket. Remove the top tank and rotate it 180 degrees. The bottom tank nozzle will need to be moved to the other side. It should work for you. I got the tip from Vintage Power wagons.
