Looking good! The lube I now use on most things I want to stay lubed for a long time is "Fluid Film" sold at the John Deere stores. It is great stuff for lots of other stuff too. It is a Lanolin Base Lube. Used it on gate hinges and 6+ months later there still squeak free.
