I have the one that came off a parts truck and the spring is broken that looks like your picture (according to my bad memory). Wasn't sure how to replace the spring or where to get the spring. I haven't looked any closer since I did not even have a winch. Now I do and getting ready to install the floor so I guess I need to start figuring it out.

PTO lever lock.
