The Photo Album Link is a collection of over 500 photos of the rebuild and restoring of my 1948 6X6 Power Wagon.
Total Off Frame Rebuild.
I have invested over $30,000.00 in parts and materials plus over 1,600 hours working on it in the last 2 years. My health has made it so I can't work on, or enjoy the Power Wagon, and I had it almost 99% finished too! The unfinished stuff is bolting on 4 more new suspension link bars out of 6 (2-done) for the rear axles. I paid $700.00+ for them and there are 4 more to be bolted on. The brakes need more adjusting to work the best, and they have been converted to Vacuum Assist with a new modern Dual Master Cylinder, so the brakes have 2 circuits for safety reasons. There may be some tinkering still needed but it is finished.
The photos tell a story of 1,000s of words if you look at them close.
The selling price is FIRM at $39,500, and I lowered it to cover the few things needing done. In the spring I will take care of those items, raise the price and list it on EBay. Just giving the Power Wagon Guys that have watched and know what I have done, a chance at it first .
I have lots of spare parts that go with it like a Transfer case, Transmission, Hubs, Axles, Drive Shafts, Carburetor, Bell Housing, Head, Flywheel, 6-Volt Starter, 6 Volt Generator, and a lot more not listed. All the Tools and Winch stuff in the side tool boxes go with it. There is Tire Removing equipment for the lug nuts and a 20 ton Jack with Nice Wheel Chocks!

I live just outside of Okanogan, Washington State, on the North East Side of the State. If needed it can be left here till spring, for a pick up as winter snow is coming soon for us. It would have to be paid in full to do this. Thanks for looking and I hope it can go to a good home, as it was my baby that took some blood now and then from fixing it up!
