about out of the rainy season--this year was not to bad--one year i did not see the sun for 10 days almost flooded my house but i held it off--basically was all the muni s fault--every time i go out of town the muni decides to do road work(gravel roads where i am still)--only prob is instead of just leveling and maintaining the levels the ole engineers left us with the muni(in bed with the gravel pit) brings in dump loads of gravel and raises the roads---when i built my house i was 3 ft. above the road now i am about a foot--not only that they changed all the levels and the water that used to flow to the river now flows thru and floods the hole town
our surf(s sw wsw) comes from the roaring 40 s down around anartica and new zealand and sometimes we get a w to wnw from the same stuff that hits hawaii---local weather does not make surf here except the lows that form off of panama and or here and drift out to sea towards hawaii--sometimes they give us a med. size sh. period swell as opposed to most of the swells which are long period from a long ways off
hostile is down for some minor improvements and slight remodel of kitchen area--hope to be up and running by dec. again when as you say high season starts
pretty much got all the details worked out on my mods just waiting to come up and visit my boys and visit you and jet and show you what i got and pick up my sbox calipers and hydravacs--found all like new rotors here at a bone yd.
