Full width extra capacity fuel tank.
Power steering brackets installed. This model Power Wagon comes with the two piece steering shaft so converting to power steering is a plug and play affair.

I have a original Dodge Power Wagon military bed from a M601 Power Wagon that is disassembled.
It has good fenders (one new old stock) and rear running boards that go with the truck too.
