If you don't have a steel tube about a inch long around the valve stem, you don't have locks installed which is a good thing. Forget taking to a tire shop to break them down, most won't be able to.
- Get a 4ton bottle jack minimum.
- Cut some 3/4x1-3/4 wood at 2", 4", 6" lengths.
- Place tire under truck or tractor, any that is heavy.
- Place bottle jack next to rim bead and start jacking.
- Place blocks between tire and rim bead to hold gap.
- Repeat process working around tire.
- Make sure jack stays vertical to tire.
If you have locks installed, you'll have to cut tire off around rim leaving 3 inches of rubber tire bead protruding and use a big hammer to pound flange off hitting the rubber tire bead working around rim, it's a real pain in the a.s doing it. Soak the flange side of the rim in a tub of water the night before you start to help loosen up things.
