OT: replace tubeless valve stem?

Guys, I've had a slow leak for awhile and traced it to a valve stem. Could I replace myself? Toyota Camry alloy 15". I would have to break down the tire. I was thinking of using my hi lift jack as a clamp to squeeze the tire to get at the stem. To much of a pain, or go for it? Got a bolt in another one!
