Slightly OT: Removing Stuck M101 Spindle Nut

I picked up a nice M101-A1 trailer Saturday. Once we got it home I noticed that the left wheel bearings were loose. It was a bear to get the outer nut off, and the inner nut won't even think about it. It locks up tight with 2 threads exposed on the spindle. And I was heating the nut too.

I'm thinking the only way to get the nut off is to split it with a Dremel wheel. I suppose I could try dressing the threads with the Dremel wheel, but I don't know how effective it will be.

Your thoughts appreciated.
